SHIPPING TIMES

 

If products are in stock, they usually ship out in 3-5 business days of your order. Handmade items vary depending upon availability. Manora's commissioned pieces take up to three months to create, but if you commission a new piece, you will be kept apprised of the progress on a regular basis, and you will, of course, have approval of the original design before work begins. There is a flat shipping rate for simplicity's sake (which means, the more you buy, the more you save!). Shipping is free of charge for jewelry selling for $499 or more. All of our quality gold pieces and silver pieces are fully insured, and the insurance is included free of charge.

 

 I have several different distributors, so your merchandise may arrive in more than one package, but you will only ever pay one shipping fee per order. Most of my products ship out USPS. If there is a delay in shipping your product, or if part of your purchase is on back order, you will be promptly notified.

 

When it comes to backorders, I will leave the decision up to you. You can either substitute a comparable product, or choose to wait (in which case, the shipping will be on me). I endeavor to keep my website as up to date as possible, but depending on the season, and how many people are shopping, there is no guarantee that a product will be in stock at all times.

 

RETURNS

 

If your product arrives damaged, please notify me immediately. Keep the original packaging and I will contact you with the exact exchange and return information. If it is damaged, it is guaranteed within two weeks of receipt. Undamaged goods have a 20% restocking fee. If the product is worth more than $100 you will need to insure the piece to its full retail value when you make the return. Your account will be refunded when the product is returned to the distributor and I have been reimbursed, or you can use the funds to purchase a different piece of jewelry. If you choose to purchase another piece, the 20% restocking fee will be reduced to 5%. You will still need to pay the return insurance.  This process can take up to two weeks (depending upon the mail).

 

Merchandise Quality

All of our sterling silver and gold merchandise is of excellent quality. Our silver products are guaranteed to be .925 Sterling Silver unless otherwise noted. Sterling silver manufacturers use a variety of techniques to minimize tarnishing (such as a rhodium finish), hence finishes may vary. Since we carry a huge variety of styles from many different sources, we DO NOT guarantee nickel free jewelry.

Our gold jewelry is manufactured in Italy of quality 14k gold. We are pleased to be able to now offer shipping of our quality gold jewelry to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales). There will be a shipping fee of either $50 (if you choose UPS) or $65 (if you choose Fed Ex) when shipped to the United Kingdom. I do everything in my power to picture and describe our jewelry so that you know what you are getting before you make your purchase.
